Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders typically require 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) for fulfillment. Processing times may vary depending on the type of product ordered, the quantity, and any customization or personalization requested.

Please plan your orders accordingly and allow enough time for us to prepare your items before your desired delivery date.

The 3–7 business day fulfillment period is separate from the shipping transit time. Your order's shipping time begins once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using USPS and UPS. Available shipping methods and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout.

We offer multiple shipping options, so please select the shipping method that best fits your needs and timeline. Choosing an expedited shipping option does not shorten the 3–7 business day fulfillment period unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been handed to USPS or UPS, The Webbed Nook is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Please use the tracking information provided to monitor your package's progress.

Important Reminder

Please take our 3–7 business day fulfillment period PLUS the selected shipping transit time into consideration when ordering, especially if your items are needed by a specific date.
