At The Webbed Nook, many of our products are handmade and/or made to order just for you. Please allow 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to carefully prepare and fulfill your order. Fulfillment time may vary depending on the product type, order size, and any customization requested. Please keep in mind that our 3–7 business day fulfillment period is separate from shipping transit time. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, the carrier's transit time begins.
We ship using USPS and UPS and offer multiple shipping options at checkout. Please select the shipping method that best fits your needs and timeline. Choosing an expedited shipping option will speed up the carrier's transit time but does not shorten our 3–7 business day fulfillment period unless otherwise stated. If you need your order by a specific date, please plan accordingly and allow enough time for both fulfillment and shipping. While we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless we have specifically confirmed it with you.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress. After an order has been handed over to USPS or UPS, shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of The Webbed Nook.
